Design de Lujo is a dynamic interior design studio and contracting company based in Dubai. We specialize in high-end comprehensive turnkey services for residential, commercial, and retail projects to create tailor-made spaces that seamlessly blend functionality, luxury, and creativity.

Formerly known as “Contech Building Contracting”, we have rebranded as “Design de Lujo” in 2024 to better reflect our commitment to refined aesthetics and exceptional quality. Our journey continues with our added design vision to create luxurious spaces that make a statement, all while maintaining our highest standards of quality and expertise in the field.
We have contributed to the UAE’s growth since 2008 under “CBC” with our fit-out and construction services, having constructed luxury villas and mansions throughout Dubai, and completed fit-outs for private properties and esteemed clients such as Emirates NBD, AXA Insurance, S.T. Dupont, Al Jaber Optics, LOUZAN Arabia, and more.

Full-Service Design
Full-Service Design is for clients building a home from the ground up or undertaking an extensive renovation. Our approach is grounded in connection and collaboration—resulting in a highly intentional design experience, including planning, sourcing, project management, and turnkey installation for new construction and renovation projects—all informed by an authentic understanding of our clients’ needs and aspirations.

Package 1:
Basic Design Package
Includes: Presentation and interior drawings.
Project Timeline:
o Presentation Phase: 2 weeks
o Interior Drawings: 2 weeks after approval of the presentation.
Package 4:
VIP Design and Supervision Package
Includes: Presentation, 3D designs, panoramic images of approved spaces, 5
revisions, and weekly site supervision for 1 months.
Project Timeline:
o Presentation Phase: 2 weeks
o 3D Design Phase: 3 days for each space after completion of the Presentation
Phase.
o Interior Drawings: 2 weeks after approval of the 3D images.
Package 2:
Silver Design Package
Includes: Mood board, 3D images of the spaces, and interior drawings.
Project Timeline:
o Presentation Phase: 2 weeks
o 3D Design Phase: 3 days for each space after completion of the Presentation
Phase.
o Interior Drawings: 2 weeks after approval of the 3D images.
Package 3:
Gold Design Package
Includes: Mood board, 3D images, interior drawings, and a panoramic image for each
space upon approval.
Project Timeline:
o Presentation Phase: 2 weeks
o 3D Design Phase: 3 days for each space after completion of the Presentation
Phase.
o Interior Drawings: 2 weeks after approval of the 3D images.
